Purpose. This FAQ is to provide answers to common questions, frequently asked by our clients. Conference-specific dates, fees, deadlines, and procedures should always be checked on the live website and by calling the office at +1-410-781-8254, before registration or travel.
About the Conference
What is the GoldenCRI Strategic Leadership Conference?
The Golden Center for Research and Innovation (GoldenCRI) Strategic Leadership Conference is a professional-development and scholarly forum focused on strategic leadership, business development strategies, governance, research, innovation, organizational development, and related subjects. Depending on the program, activities may include presentations, workshops, group discussions, research sessions, consultation, business strategy development, conference materials, and opportunities for professional exchange.
Who may attend?
GoldenCRI conferences is open to business executives, entrepreneurs, employees looking to develop additional skills in business establishment/management, government officials, civil servants, university administrators, faculty members, researchers, students, nonprofit leaders, consultants, managers, professionals, emerging leaders, and other qualified applicants. Eligibility and capacity may vary by conference. Registration does not automatically guarantee acceptance our program has limited space or special requirements each time

Do I have to present a research paper to attend?
No. Participants may ordinarily attend for professional learning, leadership development, business development training, or networking without presenting a paper. Applicants who wish to present research must follow the Call for Papers instructions and receive approval before presenting.
What benefits may participants receive?
Benefits vary by event but may include advanced leadership instruction, exposure to contemporary research and strategic-management practices, interaction with professionals from different sectors and countries, research-presentation opportunities, conference materials, a certificate of participation, digital participation where offered, and other benefits identified for the particular conference. Participation does not guarantee employment, promotion, publication, visa approval, business success, or any other specific outcome.
Registration and Payment
When should I complete the conference registration form?
Complete the official conference registration form before making other conference arrangements. Provide complete, truthful, and current information using the name shown on your passport or government-issued identification. The registration form is available at https://goldencri.us/conference-registration-form.
What are the main steps for registering?
Review the conference dates, venue, eligibility, benefits, fees, deadlines, and Terms of Service; complete the official registration form; pay through an authorized payment option; submit the Payment Confirmation Report with the required transaction details; and monitor the email address entered on the form for further instructions. Registration is not complete until GoldenCRI receives the required payment and confirmation information.
When is the conference fee due?
The applicable fee is due in accordance with the deadline and payment terms published for the selected conference. GoldenCRI states that required fees must ordinarily be received before an invitation letter is issued or participation is confirmed. Because fees and late charges may vary, applicants should verify the current Payment Options page before paying.
In what currency must I pay?
The current Payment Options page states that GoldenCRI accepts conference payments in U.S. dollars only. Furthermore, applicants should use only an authorized payment method displayed under “Payment Option” and should retain their payment receipt(s).
What should I do after making payment?
Return to the Payment Options page and complete the “Payment Confirmation Report”. Enter the requested transaction and participant’s information accurately and retain copies of the receipt, confirmation submission, and related correspondence. GoldenCRI's application guidance states that an official invitation letter and receipt are generally sent by email after payment confirmation; allow the processing period stated on the current website.
Can I transfer my registration to another person?
No. Registration is personal to the named participant; hence it is non-transferable. It may not be sold, reassigned, or given to another person.
Is the conference fee refundable?
No. GoldenCRI Terms state that conference registration and related consulting fees are non-refundable. However, conference fee is good for 12 calendar months and can be used to attend any other regularly scheduled conference during the period of the 12 calendar months. To attend such other conferences, candidate must request a re-issue of invitation in writing.
Please note that we advise applicants to adequately evaluate their travel, visa, employment, and financial circumstances before registering and paying for the conference.
How long is my registration fee valid for, if I cannot attend my originally intended conference?
GoldenCRI website states that a qualifying registration fee may remain valid for 12 calendar months, subject to the terms in effect when payment was made and the conditions applicable to the specific conference. A participant may request to reschedule to another qualifying conference during that period. Approval is subject to availability and program-specific conditions; the registration remains in the original participant's name through the validity of the registration fee.
How do I request to reschedule my conference participation?
Contact GoldenCRI promptly in writing, identify the original conference and payment, explain that you cannot attend, and request a qualifying future conference within the applicable validity period. Do not assume that a change is approved until you receive written confirmation. Special conferences may have different rescheduling conditions.
International Participants and Visas
When should an international participant begin the visa process?
Candidates should visit the website of the respective embassies to know the visa requirements before applying for this conference.
Does GoldenCRI obtain or process visas for participants?
No. GoldenCRI is not a visa agency and does not submit, process visa applications or approve visas. Each participant is responsible for applying to the appropriate embassy, consulate, or immigration authority, and for complying with all entry requirements as stated by the relevant governments.
Will GoldenCRI provide an invitation letter?
GoldenCRI may issue an official invitation letter to a properly registered and paid participant when appropriate. The letter supports a legitimate conference application but does not guarantee an embassy appointment, visa approval, entry into the destination country, financial sponsorship, employment, or immigration status. The letter must not be altered, falsified, or transferred.
What information should I provide for an invitation letter?
Complete GoldenCRI registration form to the best of your abilities, with accurate information that matches your passport and official records, including your full legal name, nationality, address, employer or institution, and contact information. Notify GoldenCRI promptly if a genuine correction is required in the conference registration form.
GoldenCRI List of Candidates
GoldenCRI publishes a scrambled list of candidates for upcoming conferences on its website and GoldenCRI provides verification whenever requested.
What happens if my visa is denied or delayed?
If your visa is denied or delayed, please contact GoldenCRI promptly to request rescheduling to a qualifying conference within the applicable validity period available. Before rescheduling your participation, please make sure you have your future travels plans adequately considered.
Travel, Hotel, and Venue
Does GoldenCRI arrange hotel accommodation or transportation?
No. Participants are responsible for selecting, reserving, and paying for their hotels, airfares, ground transportation, meals, and other expenses. Furthermore, visa expenses, travel insurance, and other personal costs are not expressly included in conference registration fees. Any hotel links provided by GoldenCRI are for information only. Hotels and travel providers operate independently.
Should I reserve a room at the conference hotel?
You may choose the conference hotel or another suitable property. Before booking, confirm the conference venue, travel distance, rate, taxes, deposit requirements, accessibility, and cancellation policy directly with the hotel. GoldenCRI is not responsible for hotel pricing, overbooking, cancellations, service quality, or disputes.
Can conference dates, venue, speakers, or agenda change?
Yes. GoldenCRI reserves the right to modify conference dates, venue, speakers, topics, session times, delivery format, or other program details when reasonably necessary. Participants should check our website at www.GoldenCRI.us and their emails before concluding travel arrangements, and again shortly before departure. Again, GoldenCRI reserves the right to make changes to the agenda/speakers as needed.
Digital Participation
What is digital access?
Digital access is authorized online participation in a GoldenCRI conference through a designated virtual platform. Where offered, GoldenCRI may provide a personal link, username, password, access code, or other credential to an approved participant who cannot attend in person.
How do I request digital access?
Send a written request using GoldenCRI's official contact channel NOT LATER than three (3 business days) to the designated conference. Include your full name, conference, registration or payment details, and current email address. Digital attendance is available only where GoldenCRI offers it and is subject to confirmation and technical requirements.
May I share my digital login or conference link?
No. Digital credentials are confidential, personal, and non-transferable. Sharing them is a violation and may result in termination of access. Participants are also responsible for having a suitable device, stable internet service, and compatible software; uninterrupted platform or internet availability cannot be guaranteed.
Research Presentations and Materials
How can I apply to present a paper?
Review the current Call for Papers page, follow the stated topic, abstract, formatting, originality, ethical, and deadline requirements, and submit your research paper through the designated channel (as stated in the Call for Papers page). A submission must be reviewed and approved before it can be presented. Submission or presentation does not automatically guarantee publication.
Will an approved paper automatically be published?
No. Publication may require separate peer review, editorial approval, originality screening, formatting, ethical compliance, copyright clearance, and satisfaction of the journal's other standards. GoldenCRI may decline work that does not meet applicable scholarly, editorial, legal, or ethical requirements.
May participants record or distribute conference sessions and materials?
Not without authorization. Conference manuals, presentations, videos, recordings, and digital resources may be protected by intellectual-property rights and are generally provided for personal educational and professional use. Participants must not independently record, livestream, sell, publicly upload, or commercially distribute sessions or materials without appropriate written permission.
Will photographs or recordings be taken at the conference?
GoldenCRI or its authorized representatives may document an event for legitimate educational, archival, informational, or promotional purposes, subject to applicable law. A participant who does not wish to be photographed or recorded should notify GoldenCRI in writing before the event and, where practical, identify himself or herself to event personnel.

Where can I read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?
Review the current Terms of Service at https://goldencri.us/terms-of-service, and the Privacy Policy at https://goldencri.us/privacy-policy before registering or paying for the conference. The Terms, registration form, payment rules, privacy policy, and conference-specific notices should be read together.
How will I learn about important updates?
GoldenCRI may communicate material updates through its website, email, or other available channels. Participants are responsible for providing a working email address, checking spam or junk folders, and reviewing the website periodically, especially before visa appointments and travel.
